The Best Thing Possible That You Can Use to Heal Your Body
I want you to try this interesting test…
Put the torch light on your cell phone on, and put your finger over the light.
What color does your finger turn?
Why does a white (or yellow) light turn red when you put your finger on it?
The reason is that the red light is the only color light that can penetrate skin.
But even more interesting is how different light frequencies in the spectrum can penetrate different depths are linked to an amazing health discovery.
It’s all got to do with a process called photobiomodulation, which is essentially a technique where light is used to stimulate healing.
All wavelengths of light have healing qualities, but the problem is that colors like blue, green, & yellow don’t penetrate the skin far enough to be effective.
Red light, on the other hand, has the ability to penetrate the skin and get into the muscles, allowing it to provide it’s benefits deep inside the body.
But if we go outside of the visible light spectrum, to the infrared light, we find that it can go way further than any other type of light, right into the bones.
Dr. Andrew Huberman, a popular guest on the Joe Rogan podcast, says that infrared light is the best thing possible that you can use to heal your body.
Better than any food, any drug, any device, or any medicine you can find.
Red light and infrared light therapies have been studied extensively, and they have been proven to heal numerous health conditions AND be 100% safe.
In fact, apart from the visible colors of sunlight (including red), and a little bit of UV radiation, the majority of sunlight (54.3%) is infrared light.
So we get a lot of red and infrared light naturally, and it doesn’t harm us.
One of the reasons why they work so well for healing is the penetration gets deep inside the body, for example the infrared light can reach the brain.
For example, doctors have conducted a few small trials on Alzheimer’s patients by putting some photobiomodulation light panels near their heads.
The results were “so good that nobody believes them”.
People that hadn’t put a coherent sentence together in months suddenly were able to start talking to their relatives again.
People who had to be fed suddenly could use a knife and fork again.
Alheimer’s wasn’t the only brain condition that photobiomodulation was good for, with other studies showing it helps with dementia and Parkinson’s.
There are countless case study videos on YouTube, where people have documented their Parkinson’s disease recoveries with red light therapy.
It’s also been proven to be a powerful anti-inflammatory, enhances athletic performance, improves sleep quality, and greatly helps with weight loss.
A study conducting 6 sessions over 2 weeks found they lost a massive 3.5 inches more than the control group from the abdomen, hips, and thigh areas.
One study showed that 3 x 20 min sessions per week massively lowers pain.
Another had 3 min sessions in the eyes, and got 22% better visual acuity.
Wounds heal faster, burns heal quickly, and it’s good for healing the kidneys, spleen, prostate, fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel, and receding gums.
Red light has been proven to work for over 100 conditions, all referenced and proven in medical studies, including certain types of cancers.
Infrared light was even used during a smallpox outbreak and cured the sick patients, winning the physician scientist a Nobel Prize.
Outside of the abovementioned benefits of photobiomodulation, there are 2 extremely beneficial effects, which are energy production, and anti-aging.
You will see your skin tone and texture improve, pigmentation and spots go away, and wrinkles and fine lines disappear.
The reason we get wrinkles is that we produce less collagen as we age, but photobiomodulation stimulates the cells to produce more collagen again.
It’s so powerful that it can even make scars vanish, including acne scars and surgery incisions. and works for psoriasis, acne, and sunspots.
20+ studies have shown a significant increase in hair growth & hair density.
And your body will no longer feel old, as it improves your joint function, regrows cartilage, improves range of motion, and stops morning stiffness.
The blood flow and tissue oxygenation increases by such as extent that even conditions like rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis see improvement.
Hundreds of clinical studies have shown a wide variety of anti-aging benefits.
So how do red and infrared light actually help the body?
Light is actually a food for the body, and each wavelength is like a different vitamin or mineral that the body needs, with some being more important.
The light will activate a protein in your mitochondria (energy production centre) which tells it to produce more ATP (your main energy source).
The red and infrared get deep into all the cells in your body, and rather than the regular 2 ATP that get produced, each cell produces up to 36 ATP now.
This gives you such an incredible boost in energy production, that not only do you meet your daily needs, but the excess is used for repair of the body.
The brain needs more energy than anything else in the body, and this new flood of energy is why conditions like Alzheimer’s & Parkinson’s are healed.
Another interesting factor is that every 24 hours the body will create a cortisol pulse, but it should be occurring in the morning.
Traditionally we viewed the sunlight in the morning, combined that with some early work, to trigger the release of cortisol to help us wake up and focus.
This also triggered a release of dopamine, and started a timer for the onset of melatonin at night, so we could sleep and rest at the right hours.
Nowadays, many people get the cortisol pulse at 8 or 9pm, combined with late night lights, produces learning difficulties, bad moods, and depression.
The use of red light devices at the right times will help to correct your cortisol pulse, which in turn balances all your hormones and banishes depression.
Today, red light and infrared light can be accessed through numerous devices that emit both of these highly beneficial light sources.
There are panels, wraps, hats, face masks, and portable devices.
But one question that usually arises is can’t we just get them from sunlight?
If that was the case, that we could get enough from sunlight alone, then we wouldn’t see anybody in the world who was sick.
Sunlight exposure is very important, especially in the morning and evenings when it appears more red in the sky.
But sunlight just doesn’t have the depth and penetration that red light devices give you, meaning it can’t produce the same miraculous health outcomes.
Red light devices can be so powerful that you can see major improvements in health in just 10 minutes per day for 1 week (massive after 1 month).
The info above is only scratching the surface, and to learn more about red light and infrared light, I recommend watching this incredible webclass.
