VIDEO TRANSCRIPT

One of the most important things to take for heart conditions is Vitamin E.

So you have heart disease. What do you take? Different substances are better for different types of heart conditions. But if you want something that has a good overall effect on everything, you can’t go past Vitamin E.

It helps with:

  • Angina
  • Atherosclerosis
  • Chronic and Acute Heart Disease
  • Congenital Heart Disease
  • Heart Attacks
  • High Blood Pressure
  • Intermittent Claudication
  • Rheumatic Fever
  • Rheumatic Heart Disease
  • Thin Blood
  • Thrombophlebitis

Vitamin E has been studied extensively, and hundreds of studies have been published in medical journals. Maybe the biggest ones were the two which were published in the New England Journal of Medicine.

Over 125,000 people were studied, and they gave them as little as 100 IU daily, and found that it reduces the risk of heart disease by up to 66%.

A study in the Lancet in 1996 found that as little as 400 IU daily reduced heart attack risk by 77%.

There was a study back in the 1940s on cows, who were raised on a diet of all vitamins and minerals, excluding Vitamin E. (Here put a text at the bottom for this sentence saying – Here come the security guards to harass me) The cows literally dropped dead on the spot when the cows had used up all the reserves of Vitamin E.

So how much are you getting? Well, 9 out of 10 Americans have been found they are getting less than 18 IU per day. A lot less than the amounts in the other studies.

So how did the scientists find that it works. Well, it creates an oxygen sparing effect on the heart muscle, helping with ischemia or angina. It breaks down blood clots in the circulatory system, and prevents more from forming. It prevents plaque enlargement and rupture. It preserves capillary walls. It strengthens and regulates the heartbeat, and the big one, it encourages collateral circulation. This is when an artery or a vein is blocked, and the body will create an alternative path through the nearby smaller blood vessels.

Now what about the couple of studies showing Vitamin E is bad, or it doesn’t work. Well these studies were designed to fail. Fraud. There is a big difference between natural Vitamin E, and synthetic Vitamin E. Some synthetic forms are completely useless, and harmful, so when you use them in a study, you guessed it, you get the opposite results.

To get help with finding an effective Vitamin E (not synthetic) supplement, to get advise on high dosage amounts (which get greater results in the studies I mentioned before), and to find out what other supplements to take in conjunction with Vitamin E for specific heart conditions, to make it even more effective, visit my website at healthglade.com
