Many people are coaxed into getting a Vitamin B12 injection from their doctor, mainly due to their bloodwork showing low B12 levels. It sounds very safe, as it’s just a Vitamin injection right? Wrong. The Vitamin B12 injection is highly dangerous, and can be fatal.

There are 2 main problems. The first problem is they use a form of B12 called Cyanocobalamin. It’s a toxic synthetic form of B12. They use it because its stable, and dirt cheap. But it comes at a price, as the body can barely absorb it, and the cyanide, yes that is why it is called Cyanocobalamin, produces many toxic effects in the body.

There are actually 4 main forms of B12, with the others being Methylcobalamin and Adenosylcobalamin, which are the best 2 forms, and Hydroxocobalamin, which causes cancer, high blood pressure, digestive issues, and if you are a man, impotence.

The second problem is that it is not just B12 they are injecting you with. There are other ingredients, and I have to admit I am surprised that they put some of the most dangerous ones on the label. Have a listen to these warnings, taken straight from the NIH (National Institutes for Health) website.

It contains Benzyl Alcohol, which is associated with gasping syndrome, and aluminium, which causes toxicity in the central nervous system, bones, and tissues. For these two, I’d like to add some other side effects which are not on the NIH website, which are respiratory failure, convulsions, paralysis, alzheimer’s and mental retardation.

Back to the HIH website warnings and reactions now. There is also Heart failure, Pulmonary edema, Anaphylactic shock, and Sudden death. Why would anyone want to risk having their heart stop, being left paralysed, being left brain damaged, or even dying, just to get some Vitamin B12?

The evidence is pretty clear that you should never, ever get a B12 injection. There are many other safe and effective ways to get B12 into your body, and to find out what they are, visit my website at
